Procedure for activation of
the service

AHSL provides
the service to hospitals under the terms and
conditions of a Memorandum of Understanding.
AHSL activates the hospitals after registering
them and gives them access to the Site through a
user name and a password. This user name and
password is given to the contact person deputed
by the hospital or its authorized signatory. The
hospital may at its discretion reveal this
username and password to its employees as it
deems fit.

The service can
be accessed either from the hospitals channel on
the Site or the homepage of the registered
hospitals. The link to the home page of the
registered hospitals is provided by AHSL.

The registration
and subscription is for a period of one year and
is renewable thereafter.

The request
posted by a hospital is sent to all the
registered hospitals via mail. The Hospital
making the request needs to specify certain
details of the requirement like title, details,
duration and geographical preferences for
acquiring the requirement.

Hospitals
availing/using this service may deal with or
enter into agreements/contracts or commercial
activity with each other offline after
contacting with each other online.

Users ("MOU").

minimum number of responses or confirmed

AHSL is not in
any way connected with the terms and conditions
or quality of service of the hospital that is
offering excess capacity. The User is advised to
evaluate the terms and conditions and quality of
excess capacity offered by the hospital
separately on its own merit.

AHSL does not
stand guarantee on behalf of either the capacity
provider hospital or the capacity seeking
hospital with regard to the quality, payments or
any other legal or commercial agreements that
the hospitals may enter into, online or offline
and is not the provider of the excess capacity
under the service. It is the responsibility of
both parties to satisfy themselves with regard
to the credentials of the Hospitals that they
seek to tie up with and AHSL shall not be in any
way responsible for the same.

AHSL does not
guarantee availability or requirement of the
excess capacity if the parties who have posted
the relevant information do not withdraw such
information on availability or requirement on
time.

Suppliers
-
AHSL registers
the suppliers on receipt of completed
registration forms and registration fee for a
period of one year. AHSL activates the suppliers
after registering them and gives them access to
the Site through a user name and a password.
This user name and password is given to the
contact person deputed by the supplier or its
authorized signatory. The supplier may at its
discretion reveal this username and password to
its employees as it deems fit.

AHSL shall host
the product details of suppliers and they are
required to furnish the details in the
prescribed format and also provide soft copies
or hard copies of the catalogue picture of the
equipment. AHSL shall send the data to the
suppliers for validation, prior to posting it on
the Site and if no response is received within a
week it is assumed that the data is correct and
AHSL shall upload the same on the Site.

The Suppliers
shall be entitled to the following
services:

AHSL will
display the products of the suppliers in the
prescribed format.

AHSL will give
links to their emails so that all registered
hospitals willing to contact the suppliers can
do so.

Suppliers can
post their availability or requirements of used
equipment.

Suppliers can
post their services and service station details
in the service auction details.

Suppliers can
bid for services posted by registered
hospitals.

Disclaimers

In the case of
the registered hospitals using this service it
is implied that the Users have understood and
accepted to abide by the terms and conditions of
the service stipulated in the memorandum of
understanding between AHSL and the Users
("MOU"), and in the case of the registered
suppliers understood and accepted to abide by
the terms and conditions of the
registration.

AHSL only
provides a platform for hospitals to post the
details of their used equipment and their
requirement for equipment or service contracts
and suppliers to post the details of the
equipment available with them and details of
their servicing capacities and does not
guarantee any minimum number of responses to the
same.

AHSL is not in
any way responsible for neither the quality of
the equipment offered by the registered
hospitals or by the suppliers, nor is it any way
connected with the quality of service of the
supplier under the service contracts. The User
is advised to evaluate the terms and conditions
and quality of the equipment and service
contracts on the Site separately on its own
merit.

AHSL does not
stand guarantee on behalf of either the
registered hospital seeking equipment or the
registered hospital providing equipment; or the
equipment or service provided by the supplier,
with regard to the quality, payments, status or
any other legal or commercial agreements that
the Users may enter into, online or offline in
relation to the equipment or the service and is
not the provider of the equipment or service.
Both parties should satisfy themselves with
regard to the credentials of the counter party
that they seek to tie up with and AHSL shall not
be in any way responsible for the
same.

AHSL does not
guarantee availability or requirement of the
equipment or the service if the parties who have
posted the relevant information do not withdraw
such information on availability or requirement
on time.

AHSL is not
responsible for the credibility and credentials
of the suppliers and service agents although it
has made due efforts to limit the registrations
to reputed suppliers only.

AHSL does not
represent any supplier, service agent or
hospital in any of the transactions.

On specific
request AHSL can mediate between Users but shall
not be held liable for any consequences of a
failure to negotiate a contract between such
Users or any consequences such as failure to
perform or seeking of damages or otherwise that
may arise under such a contract mediated by
AHSL.

AHSL is not
liable for the content displayed in the
equipment listing as it is derived from the
catalogues, literature provided by the
suppliers. However, if the supplier wishes to
alter this information he will have to submit a
written request to affect the same.

Upon the request
of the Users, AHSL shall try to source equipment
and services that are not listed in the
equipment world section. It however does not
guarantee any results nor can it be held
responsible for the actions of the parties that
it sources the said equipment and services
from.

On specific
request of the Users or otherwise, AHSL can
advise on the general application of a
particular equipment but is not in any way
responsible for any consequence of the use of
such equipment and the Users are required to
confirm the clinical implications from their
respective advisors.

While every
attempt has been made to make the service
exhaustive and upgrade it regularly to include
new technologies, AHSL does not claim listing of
all equipment brands and only products and
services offered by registered suppliers are
displayed.
